Do my Bcoins expire?

Yes, Bcoins expire.

If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of Bcoins) then your Bcoins balance will be set back to zero.

Can my Bcoins be cashed out or exchanged for cash?

No, Bcoins do not have a cash value and can not be exchanged to cash.

What happens to my Bcoins if I return an item?

If you return an item, any Bcoins received for that item will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return.
