Bpower Rewards – Terms & Conditions

SECTION 1 – OVERVIEW

The Bpower Rewards Programme (the “Programme”) is a loyalty reward programme offered by Weheartfamily Ltd (the “Company”, “us”, “our” or “we”) to certain customers of the Company. The Programme is accessible through www.bshirt.com (the “Programme Website”) and any other related sites and applications referred to on the Programme Website, including without limitation Bpower Rewards Page (the “Explainer Page”).

The Programme allows individuals who complete the membership enrolment steps (each, a “Programme Member” or “Member”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to collect Bcoins when making purchases of items and performing online activities identified from time to time by the Company (“Eligible Purchases”). Members can redeem these Bcoins for rewards, benefits, and discounts offered by the Company.

Members acquire no vested or accrued right to any particular reward, benefit, redemption, or membership level. Weheartfamily Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme and any related rewards, benefits, or points at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

SECTION 2 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms set forth herein (the “Terms & Conditions”) govern the Bpower Rewards Programme. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. If changes occur, the updated terms will be posted on the Programme Website and take effect 10 days after posting. Members are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

SECTION 3 – MEMBERSHIP

1. Free Membership

  • No purchase is necessary to join Bpower Rewards.
  • You must create an account on the Programme Website.
  • This Programme is void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to individuals worldwide.
  • You must create an account to participate in the Programme.

3. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account or use another person’s account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@bshirt.co.uk.
  • Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of points and cancellation of membership.

4. How to Enrol

  • Visit Bpower Rewards Page and click “Join Now”.
  • Provide your name, email address, and password.
  • Signing up automatically subscribes you to Bshirt’s marketing emails, but you can opt out at any time.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration.

  • To cancel your account, email hello@bshirt.co.uk with “Cancel Bpower Rewards Membership” in the subject line.
  • The request must come from the registered email address.
  • Upon cancellation, all unused Bcoins will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

SECTION 4 – EARNING & REDEEMING BCOINS

1. How to Earn Bcoins

Members can earn Bcoins through the following activities:

✅ Sign up for Bpower – 50 Bcoins
✅ Make a purchase – 15 Bcoins for every £1 spent
✅ Leave a review on Reviews.io – 15 Bcoins
✅ Follow Bshirt on Instagram – 5 Bcoins
✅ Celebrate your birthday – 25 Bcoins
✅ Give back via the Buy-Back Programme – 50 Bcoins for every £1 spent

  • Purchases must be made while logged into your account to earn Bcoins.
  • Guest checkout purchases do not qualify for Bcoins.
  • Bcoins earned on purchases exclude taxes, shipping fees, and discounts.

2. How to Redeem Bcoins

Bcoins can be redeemed for rewards through the Rewards Dashboard, accessible via the ‘Rewards’ button at the bottom left of the screen.

🚚 Free Shipping Coupon – 350 Bcoins
🎊 10% Off Coupon – 1000 Bcoins
🎁 £5 Gift Card – 500 Bcoins

  • Only one reward can be applied per transaction.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
  • Bcoins cannot be used on past purchases or retroactively applied.

3. Returns & Order Cancellations

  • If an order is returned or canceled, the earned Bcoins will be deducted from your account.
  • If you used Bcoins on an order that is later returned, those Bcoins will be refunded to your account.

SECTION 5 – EXPIRATION & LIMITATIONS

1. Bcoin Expiration

  • Bcoins expire after 12 months of inactivity (no earning or spending).
  • Bcoins are non-transferable and cannot be combined across accounts.

2. Points Promotions

  • Bshirt may run limited-time Bcoin promotions offering extra rewards.
  • Promotional Bcoins are subject to the terms of the promotion.

3. Programme Suspension & Termination

  • Bshirt may suspend or terminate a member’s account for misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
  • Suspended accounts forfeit all Bcoins.

SECTION 6 – GENERAL TERMS

1. Limitation of Liability

Bshirt is not liable for any technical errors, system malfunctions, or lost points. The Programme may be subject to interruption or discontinuation at any time.

2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from Bpower Rewards will be resolved under English law.
